Thomas.W.Stone a Broker Associate with HCRE has been a Miami Beach resident since 1990! His friends know him as T.W.! He is currently licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker. He also holds the same license in Maine.
He entered into the South Beach Real Estate market in 2005 and has risen very quickly from Sales Associate to Broker by his second license renewal. After a year of going it alone in his own brokerage he now enjoys the professional excellence of the South Beach Luxury Real Estate Market focus found in HCRE the Howard Chase Real Estate agency.
He’s spent more than half his life in Florida. Born into a Naval Officer’s family, he’s lived in Pensacola, Jacksonville/Mayport and Key West. Locally, he’s called Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell and of course South Beach home.

T.W. came to Miami in the Spring of 1990 to attend the University of Miami’s Film School where he earned a Master of Fine Arts in Motion Picture Screenwriting. He’s written a handful of screenplays and advised on several more.
Prior to coming ashore and landing in Miami Beach, South Beach specifically, the only major metropolitan area that’s kissed by a tropical ocean current, T.W. served as a merchant marine officer sailing the world on special service vessels for almost two decades. His maritime background gives him a special appreciation of the sea and ocean front properties.
T.W. is happy to serve all Buyers and Sellers with the same professional tact and expertise, be they first timers or seasoned investors.
